Terms & Conditions

The Company will not assume responsibility for expenses incurred by travelers under the following circumstances: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, and changes or cancellations of the tour itinerary due to such events. Additionally, the Company is not liable for accidents during transportation or accommodation, damages from fire, government orders or immigration regulations, isolation due to infectious diseases, and alterations or cancellations of the tour itinerary arising from these causes. Any accidents during the travelers' independent activities, instances of food poisoning, or theft are also excluded from the Company's liability.
 

Group Size:

  • Maximum number of Travelers: 30 per batch.

  • Most of our trips maintain an equal male-to-female ratio.

  • A minimum of 10 travelers is required to confirm a trip batch.

  • If the minimum is not met, the option to transfer to another trip will be offered (subject to payment/refund of any balance).

  • The mode of transport is contingent on the group size.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No reimbursement will be issued for the initial booking amount in the event of any cancellations or rescheduling. Nevertheless:

 

  • If cancellations or rescheduling occur 7 days before the trip's commencement, 50% of the trip cost will be levied as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations or rescheduling take place 3 days before the trip's start date, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations or rescheduling are made within 3 days before the trip's commencement, the entire trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

 

In instances of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will make an effort to provide a suitable alternative activity. However, no refunds will be granted in such situations.
